Born and raised in LA, Meli’s hairstylist origin story started early—think removing perm rods in her mom’s salon before most kids knew what a blow dryer was. A creative at heart with an entrepreneurial spirit, she explored multiple paths before fully stepping into what always felt inevitable: doing hair, her way.

She’s trained with and worked alongside some of LA’s most well-known salons, but her heart (and her people) live in NELA. Deeply rooted in community, Meli believes great hair starts with real connection. Thoughtful consultations are her thing—because understanding your lifestyle, vibe, and goals is where the magic actually happens.

Her work is intentional, effortless, and designed to grow out beautifully. She specializes in sun-kissed, lived-in color using custom highlighting techniques, along with textured long layers, lobs, and bobs with hidden movement—creating hair that feels elevated, wearable, and uniquely you.

When she’s not behind the chair, Meli is balancing soccer-mom life, business-owner life, and her growing passion for financial education. You’ll find her breaking a sweat at Ritual Fitness in Highland Park, curled up on the couch with a romantasy book or a good show, or talking all things food—she’s a true foodie with endless restaurant recs.
