As co/owner of RIVER + REIGN, Christine’s mission was to create a space where she can combine her love of teaching with her magic of creating beautiful hair!  As a Master Colorist, she is a wizard at color corrections, blonding and has a love for freehand balayage.  She is also mama to Violet REIGN
