If you'd rather chat first, we also offer complimentary in-salon or FaceTime consultations to help you choose the right service and stylist with confidence.

We're a receptionist-free salon, so when you arrive, come on in and make yourself at home. Help yourself to our complimentary snack bar while your stylist finishes preparing for your appointment.

Every first visit begins with a personalized consultation where we'll talk through your hair goals, lifestyle, maintenance preferences, and create a customized plan together before we begin.

With your permission, we may also capture a few before-and-after photos or videos of your transformation to share on our social media. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, just let your stylist know—we're always happy to respect your privacy.

Item descriptionWe understand that life happens! If you need to make a change, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice so we have the opportunity to offer your appointment to another guest.

• 48+ hours' notice: No fee.

• Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled service.

• Less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service.

If you're feeling sick, please let us know as soon as possible. We gladly waive the fee for a first-time illness because the health and comfort of our guests and team always come first.

We're located in the heart of Highland Park on trendy York Blvd, next to Gjenmi Jewelry and across the street from Bub & Grandma's.

Parking is easy! We have:

• 1-hour metered parking directly in front of the salon.

• City Parking Lot #668 right next door.

  • Stalls 11–28: 2-hour parking

  • Stalls 29–50 (closest to Meridian): All-day parking until 9:00 PM

• Additional street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Just be sure to check posted signs for Wednesday and Thursday street sweeping.

💡 Pro tip: If you're parking in Lot #668, we recommend downloading the Park Smarter app before you arrive. The payment kiosks occasionally experience issues, and the app makes paying for parking quick and easy.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can find parking, settle in, and enjoy a relaxed start to your appointment.
